Learn simple three steps anyone can take to improve your physical fitness and resilience while contributing to your mental and emotional resilience as well.
Day 7: Embodied Sensemaking - Finding Meaning in Adversity
Learn an embodied and mindfulness-based three-step process for making sense of the barrage of confusing and misleading information coming our way, so that you can maintain your values compass alignment and find meaning even in these times of tremendous uncertainty and adversity.
